Shop Manager

Experience/Duties:
Gasoline, light & heavy duty diesel equipment experience
Diagnose & repair difficult issues
Delegate & assist mechanics in daily tasks
Maintain equipment records
Create purchase & work orders
Parts acquisition
Track & verify mechanics' time
Provide detailed documentation to AP department for billing/allocation
Maintain shop cleanliness & efficiencies
All other duties assigned
Experience required

Valid class D drivers license with a 3 year clean driving record for insurance purposes (Class A preferred)
21+ years of age
Must have own tools
Trustworthy

Schedule:
Monday-Friday w/ occassional weekends
50+ hours per week

Compensation:
Potential $75,000/yr starting
Pay DOE and National Occupational Employment & Wage Scale
Vacation and holiday pay
Pre-employment drug test and background check.
