Oilfield Precast

As oil production increases, so does the need for products and equipment that can stand up to the harsh and stressful conditions of the environment and daily operations. Our designs have a proven track record of over 35 years, evident by the continued use and reuse of bases and pads produced decades ago. We utilize a high cement content mix generating high compression strength within hours as well as allowing for superior workability and a tight, level surface finish. Our precast is prestressed with stretched steel cable creating a direct transfer of tension from the cable to the concrete. This produces a compressive stress in the precast to balance the tensile stress experienced with long spans and downward pressure.

Standard sizes range from small treater and nose pads to large bases for pumping units and shacks. Other products include cattle guard supports and piers. Manufactured hardware includes tiedowns, motor t’s, clips and bolts with nut plates, nuts and washers. Our partner company, Horab Transport, offers delivery services to make your ordering and scheduling experience as easy as possible.
